Add in a plant-based diet on top of that, and sustainable weight loss can seem like an impossible goal. But rest assured, weight loss is not only possible for vegan women—it’s possible for you!

I follow a science-based, holistic approach to helping vegan women lose weight, shed fat, and tone up without following a restrictive diet. As a vegan Registered Dietitian and weight loss expert, my goal is to empower you to implement healthy choices and actually lose weight. During my 13-week group coaching program, I will educate you on vegan nutrition, teach you how to follow The Vegan Girl Method™ for long-term weight loss, and support you every step of the way. As you implement what you’ve learned, you will lose weight, feel great, and gain the confidence that every woman deserves.
